B&B located on a farm dating back to the 15th century.

Baileys Farm is a family farmhouse located in the idyllic village of Breachwood Green, Hertfordshire. We offer three self-contained apartments, all recently converted from the farm’s original, historic outbuildings. Each apartment has a lovely view over the duck pond and fields from its own private patio.

Guests enjoy fully equipped en-suite rooms, located on the ground floor with private veranda overlooking the pond and paddocks.

An abundance of wildlife can be seen on the farm and the surrounding countryside.

A warm welcome awaits you. Baileys Farm is a contactless check-in giving guests total flexibility and privacy. Rooms are accessed by a touch coded keypad, making access available at all times.

Baileys Farm was built around 450 years ago and ran as a working farm for centuries. It then became an impressive family farm with beautiful horses, camels, emus  and alpacas. It is now a family home with a dog, cat and some chickens but this may grow as time goes on!

Ideal for touring the small villages of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. London is located just over 20 miles away, easily accessible by the M1 and the train from Luton Airport Parkway. Luton Airport is a 5 minute drive down the road and is a true plane spotters paradise.
